Eligibility for Use

  • The services of this website are limited to users who are 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
  • When registering an account, users must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information and are responsible for the authenticity of the submitted data.
  • Each user may only register one account. If duplicate registration is verified, the platform will immediately suspend the account.

Identity Verification Mechanism

To ensure member authenticity and create a safe environment, the platform implements multi-level identity verification mechanisms, including:

  • Phone Verification: Must complete verification using a phone number.
  • Photo Verification: Must upload a real-time selfie to verify identity and personal information.
  • Financial Verification: Members claiming financial resources can provide verification options to prove authenticity.
  • Online Source Verification: Verify the source of internet access to ensure account security.

User Conduct Guidelines

We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and authentic dating platform. The system will automatically detect user behavior and perform anomaly analysis, issuing warnings or taking action based on the severity of violations. Members can also report violations through the reporting function.

Prohibited Behaviors (Categorized)

1. Account Behavior Related

  • Users under 18 years of age are prohibited from registering or using this service.
  • Strictly prohibited to apply for multiple accounts by one person.
  • Prohibited to register with false information (such as gender, age, photos, etc.).
  • Strictly prohibited to register or operate accounts on behalf of others, or conduct dating activities in someone else's name.

2. Interaction with Others

  • Prohibited to request or provide loans, donations, or other monetary transactions.
  • Prohibited for adult industry personnel (escort agencies, chat agents, brokers, etc.) to engage in promotion.
  • Prohibited to recruit groups, organizations, or operate profit-making activities (including but not limited to brokerage, advertising business, etc.).
  • Prohibited to engage in commercial activities in chat rooms or messages.
  • Prohibited to attack, harass, provoke others, or publicly shame others on the activity wall.
  • Prohibited any form of fraudulent behavior, such as using dating as a pretext to scam money or items, or inducing others to engage in sexual activities. The platform adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards such behavior.

3. Activity Wall Usage

  • Prohibited to post any form of adult content (text or images).
  • Prohibited to post advertisements, marketing, or commercial promotional messages.
  • Prohibited to post articles at an abnormal frequency in large quantities.
  • Prohibited to post provocative statements against the platform or argue with platform staff.
  • Prohibited to post identifiable conversation records or personal profiles. Use the reporting function if you need to report violations.

4. Platform Security and Technical

  • Prohibited to probe, test, or exploit website vulnerabilities (such as data scraping, using unauthorized functions).
  • Prohibited to bypass verification mechanisms or attempt to use others' paid features.
  • Prohibited to log in through VPN, non-US telecommunications providers, or other abnormal connection methods to ensure community authenticity.

5. Other Violations

  • Prohibited any behavior that interferes with normal platform operation.
  • Prohibited to circumvent account suspension in any way.
  • Opposing the platform or publicly challenging it, and failing to respond to warnings will be considered a major violation.

Violation Handling

PrimeSugar will take the following three types of actions based on the nature and severity of the violation:

1. Warning

Applicable Situations:

  • Reported by multiple members but no clear evidence of violation.
  • Behavior is controversial or poses potential risks, requiring further observation.

Handling Method:

  • Users will receive in-system notifications but will not receive separate emails.
  • Warned accounts can still use platform functions, only for monitoring purposes.
  • If users believe they have been misjudged, they must actively provide explanations and supporting evidence, and the warning can only be lifted after review.

2. Restricted

Applicable Situations:

  • Abnormal login sources, incomplete identity verification, data discrepancies, etc.
  • Abnormal behavior or minor violation records (such as excessive posting, inappropriate comments).

Handling Method:

  • Restrict certain functions (such as posting, messaging, matching, etc.).
  • Users must complete specified verification procedures to restore normal usage.
  • Failure to complete verification within the deadline may result in account suspension.

3. Suspension / Ban

Applicable Situations:

  • Clear violation of terms or serious misconduct.
  • Involvement in fraud, adult content promotion, fake accounts, harassment, technical sabotage, etc.

Handling Method:

  • Account immediately suspended, unable to log in or use.
  • Data and records may be unrecoverable.
  • Paid members will not receive refunds after suspension and permanently lose eligibility to purchase the service again.

Appeal and Account Recovery

  • You can contact customer service to confirm account status (warning/restricted/suspended).
  • Actively provide explanations and supporting evidence to file an appeal.
  • After platform review, account functions may be restored based on circumstances.

User Content Responsibility

  • All content published by users (text, images, etc.) represents only their personal views and is not related to the platform.
  • If content is reported or confirmed to violate rules after review, the platform has the right to delete, restrict, or block the account.
  • Users are fully responsible for the content they publish.

Paid Services and Refund Policy

  • All paid items do not provide refunds. Please confirm your needs before purchasing.
  • This platform provides complete free functions and interactive experiences, sufficient for users to understand the platform's operation methods and dating mechanisms without payment. Paid functions are only for further optimizing the experience and are not the only way to use the platform, therefore refunds are not provided for personal dissatisfaction with the user experience.
  • If refunds are needed due to special circumstances, please contact customer service. Eligible cases will be refunded within 10 business days.
  • To reduce subsequent management burden, accounts that have completed refunds will be deactivated and no longer provide any form of service.

Disclaimer

  • The platform strives to maintain service stability and security, but cannot guarantee complete uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Users are responsible for their own interaction risks and should be vigilant about high-risk exchanges (such as monetary transactions).
  • When damages occur due to using this website or interacting with others, the platform will assist in handling as much as possible, but does not assume legal liability for compensation.

Service Termination

This website reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, especially when user terms are violated.

Terms Revision

This website has the right to modify these user terms at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately and users will be notified through in-site notifications or email. Users are advised to check regularly to stay informed of the latest regulations.
